WHAT-IF SCENARIO

​Utilizing what-if parameter feature in Power BI, this report allows the end user to adjust the current DSO. A new target DSO is defined (+/-) the original DSO based on the inputted number.

Assuming charges remain steady, the report is focused on showing the increase/decrease in total AR (the numerator of DSO) to achieve the desired DSO. 

​

The report shows the areas where DSO will be adjusted, along with where the total AR is sitting. This allows the end user to understand the opportunities to collect or write-off AR.
